In 2005, the journey began as a husband and wife teaching piano and guitar lessons to students of all ages. The demand for their high quality lessons grew quickly. Being unable to accomodate the growth, two other teachers were soon added. Excellent music lessons in Knoxville were obviously needed! The thought came to the husband and wife - what if we started a school, adding more teachers and instruments, all the while ensuring our lessons were some of the best in Knoxville? In September 2007, Knox Music Studios opened in Bearden! In August 2009, with close to 20 teachers, almost 2,000 sq. ft. and 200 students, we're excited what the future will bring in our THIRD SCHOOL YEAR.

We aren't boasting on the number of students we have taught through the years - simply because the vast majority has stayed with us! Once a student begins learning music with us, it's really hard for them to leave. What makes us different is listed in the "Why Choose Us?" link to your right.
